Replacement phone?

been using this site successfully for the past few months & today I received my replacement phone & went to download a few things from this site & my phone keeps saying wrong password or username?? I got on the computer & checked my username & changed my password & they are not being recognized by my phone?? any help would be greatly appreciated!
