India should be allowed to bat at least full day and full session. After fourth day tea or just before would be fine.Anything beyond 400 target should do fine for Englishmen.Tremlett will be the key and hopefully Jimmy's pace and Swann spining in fifth day pitch, it should be England who break the champagne in day-after-tomorrow.

Its just about when to declare now, how many runs is enough. The highest successful run chase at Lords is 344.

Thats it 269-6 declared, a lead of 458. Brilliant century from Prior and partnership with Broad (74 not out).
2 or 3 wickets before end of play today will do nicely.

England pace bowlers will have to get use of the moisture pitch in the morning to swing the ball and get bounce, that can cause VVS and David problems. If England can take those wickets early, then it will expose vulnerable middle order, especially when absence of Thendulkar and Gambhir.

ENG 474/ 8d & 269/ 6d INDIA 286 & 140/4 (51 .0 ov)
Well done England So far.
Now They have to get only three men to to lower order of the Indian batting line up.Harbajan Singh can also bat a bit. And Where is Paul? Your team is wrapping Indian batting in their fingers.
Early resistance from Dravid and VVS would be in vain if Middle order won't carry on.Again Sachin factor will be critical in whether India is going to draw this or not.
However Match has turned out be very interesting in contrast of views of some T20 fans who regards Test Cricket boring despite the fact that unlike the T20,Test Cricket tests a players' ultimate concentration, stamina and dedication to the match. And it gives players more choices than other formats. And Test cricket test a player's batting technology rather than some wayward shots.
