Me Stupid, Me Need Help

G'day ya all, I'm so new to this its crazy, I'm trying to find a few things out:-

1. Is there a sooftware where I can make my own themes and and animations for a Nokia 6300?

2. If there is a theme already done of the UK flag in all her glory or the the st.Georges cross

3. Also if posiable to get to them animated as screen savers, but from some of the stuff on her you guys must spend some time making this stuff its all .

Please's help as you can tell, I am as usless as a hooker with nickers.
