Enhancements added in this version:
1. Added one more status icon selection, you can choose to use the app icon as the status icon, it may appear bigger than other status icon on some phones.
2. Moved the mute ring action to as early as we can, however we can't mute the first ring, this app needs that to be triggered, you can download our modified ringtones from Application Configuration, which have the first ring muted.
