Unable to access?

Anytime I follow the instructions to download a ringtone to my phone the phone says something like "Internal Error You do not have access to the site in wap.mobiles24.com/". I have T-mobile using a Motorola Razr V3...How do I get these damn things on my phone?!?!? If I am posting in wrong place sorry, just answer pls! I am tired of the shitty ringtones T-mobile has...

u can have some network problems:

i.e. signal, no credit, wrong internet settings

if u used your phone for wap/internet before then clear all history and cookies and it should work.

(before u try all that try get on a different site that will slove the problems of signal, credit, and wrong internet settings)

I never used it for internet before. I had signal. I dunno...you have other solution?
