A problem with a .jar file

Hi there,
I have a problem with the .jar files. Each time I want by WAP on my phone, or on my PC, it give a message that he can't open that file.

Is there anybody that can help me?

If you use Firefox, then you must press the Save file button, because PC can't open jar files.
then transfer them to mobile phone and press left soft button to install.
