there is an easy way to gain some money rather than taking job...
just go to Williamsburg, search at the bin near the goodies buyer (the 2nd bin after u entering this place), just search until u found some valuable like silver ring, old radio, sculpture, video games with low battery and the most expensive is pendant..sell it to the standing man near wall...ignore when u got stinky n flies above ur head LOL , unless u get sleepy or hungry, dont take a shower, just to make shorter the scene (without seeing ur hygiene bar dropping)...

with this method i can buy the big room at Greenwich village n pay all the loan (20k), and decorate it with the expensive stuff...

To raise stats without decreasing the others :
- at TV : rent video/film, it will raise ur book icon stat n also humor
- at Central park, go swim at the lake : raise ur muscle
- playing with cat or giving some money to homeless : raise ur kindness
- swimming at the fountain (after taking a challenge from a guy near it): raise ur criminal stat
- style ur hair at sink: raise ur sex appeal
- drink water: raise health
- radio : dance stat

did you download the S40 version? because only s60v5 and SE versions have the full version of the game (bridge,propose,have a baby etc)


by the way did you try the cheat?(in game menu: press 1973*)
