Sync Android -> Outlook?? Manager Wifi + USB / gSyncit + Gmail / VCOrganizer / MyLink

Has anyone tried a tool to sync their Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes, etc from Outlook to their device? And from their Device to Outlook?
I searched and searched and searched the internet, high and low, including many different forums, and could not find any topics!
Are there any alternatives for Syncing your ANDROID device with Outlook? Read this topic and please provide your feedback!

you may have spent hours reviewing but the fact is that this is the trial version of wifi manager...just try sending a message from the desktop app to more than 2 people and you will get a popup telling you that it is the trial.

I have written to mobile action and they wrote back saying that they only sell the full version to OEM's
