FPse for Android 0.10.36

Changelog 0.10.36:
Fixed somes problems with Savestate,Frameskip and fast overlays mode. But most of all problem was related to the sensibility of CM7 build.
Optimized somes codes
Added Screen Orientation Lock option within Video menu.
Stay small pb: Do not use Frameskip when changing overlay pad.
A crash can occur on CM7...

Changelog v0.10.39:
Fixed CDROM emulation (TR series works fully now, compatibility is better too)
Added SMALL screen pads skin from Tatumaki by default. (for external Skins, you must add to your skin two new files: ovrfull.png and ovrfull.bmp)
Overlay pads are now in Fast mode by default in landscape mode, this make emulator more stable because much less memory used, but Sharp Overlay can be activated into Video menu.

Many fixes:
Cdrom core emulation fixed, higher compatilibity
Gpu core emulation fixed, higher compatibility
Mdec core emulation fixes, higher compatibility (better video playing)
Support of Neon instructions (ARM7I++ powered devices)
Global code review to avoid memory leak and crashes
Fpse is now more stable, included into interface and overlays pads
Fixed Eject function , it's now possible to change game without quitting, just eject, and restart, config will be changed to new game.

Changelog 0.10.45:
Fixed Broken Video on FF series.
Do not forget many game request you set SPUIRQ on, if you have no sound or just a black screen in a game, try to set SPUIRQ and restart to apply.
