nokia 6133 help.. unknown file format?

when i tried to download a theme off of the wap site because i dont have a data cable it said unknown file format
can somebody help and tell me how i get it to download

It's either a problem with your service provider or your phone. Most probably your provider because I got that when I was downloading a game somewhere and it said "Invalid Application". I suggest you get a cable though.
