OK, the first thing is support. MYAndroid protection has very helpful support and in many languages.
Another thing is, that MYAndroid protection "eat" less battery.
Maybe Lookout looks a bit nicer.
Other things are similar and it is difficult to compare which is better, because they depends from external things.
