Kevin Pietersen is to leave the World Cup early, after his hernia problem worsened, according to reports.
The Daily Telegraph reported that Pietersen may leave as early as Monday, when the England squad depart India for Chittagong for their next game, against Bangladesh.
England will have to apply to the International Cricket Council to request a replacement. Eoin Morgan, at Middlesex, and Craig Kieswetter, with the England Lions in the Caribbean, are possibilities.
The England and Wales Cricket Board said on Saturday that Pietersen would undergo surgery after the World Cup but he complained of soreness after the game against South Africa.

Confirmed Pietersen out of the world cup. Eoin Morgan called up, who was ruled out before the world cup through injury, but is fit for knockout stages.
Bopara or Bell to open i reckon, with Morgan coming in at 5.

Its only group, doesn't matter where you finish in my opinion.
India, South Africa, West Indies, and England or Bangladesh will go through.
