    if you want .sis to .jar converter, follow my words:
    1. download shareaza or emule from download.com
    2. install it
    3. then search for -sis to jar-

    there will about 7 results.

    you should try my word... but, im not interested with it. sis files eat memory too much!

    fact: my phone, k300 have only 15mb for saving data, sis files uses about 500kb to 1.2mb/application. which very killing for me.
