If you are unsure if the game you intend to upload is copyrighted, you can...

1. Search google
2. Emulate the Java game on your PC using SJBoy Special Edition Java Emulator
3. Open the jar file using Log in to see links, open the META-INF folder and open MANIFEST.MF in notepad. You will see something like this (In this case the vendor is Gameloft which is copyrighted):
