how to download a ringtone to my phone

I am new to this service and was wondering how do I download a ringtone to my phone. i downoladed one but saw it on my computer. Need help please.

You can transfer[/B] the downloaded ringtone to your bluetooth enable phone through your laptop or put your memory card in a card reader and copy the ringtones to the card.
