It's really cool.
You can teleport from anywhere, so when you get over encumbered you just go put some stuff away quickly.
Also very handy when facing 1.7 million deathclaws

I have that teleport home now.
It did save me from being slaughtered lots of times.

The first one you will probably have is the one in Novac. Since you've killed the receptionist lady, you can get a free motel key from Chris Boscoe (The dinosour shopkeeper) I think.
The other homes are: Atomic Wrangler, NCR Safehouse, Brotherhood Of Steel Safehouse, Caeser's Legion Safehouse and Lucky 38. The Atomic Wrangler one... you will get it after you do a side quest. While the other 4... it depends who you work for in the game.
Or you can get the Aloof Teleport home from a mod like what Jurie and I did.
