Apparently there's a mod that teleports you from wherever you are in the game to your safehouse and then back to where you were.

I nearly wet myself last night laughing. My girlfriend was standing behind me, and just as I turned my character around the Nightkin charged, but he was still half invisible.

She nearly screamed my ear off.

Used it to add some ammos, caps, and weapons. And used it to activate God mode as well.
