you just can't land anywhere, but if you notice, there are helipads you can access that isn't marked on the map. there are also buildings with helipads but dont have ladder. lol

finished the game today.. i wasnt happy about gangstar 3's story.. very childish.. it failed to recreate a vice city-ish storyline and gameplay.. gangstar 1 and 2 were better than this one..
