Desktop Icons Blinking?

Does it randomly, or whenever i go in to stuff on my comp, for example my music then close window, the icons on my desktop and task bar blink on an off to just a plain white icon.

Anyone know what this could be? its bugging me.

Not sure. Looked around quickly.

Are you using a picture slide show as your background?

If not, try changing the monitor frequency.
