New Forum Moderator

I'm very pleased to announce that Paul is our new forum moderator. We felt Paul was an excellent candidate considering his contribution to both the community and gallery, and I'd like to thank him for taking on/accepting this additional responsibility.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank Shane (NaturalMystyk27), who will be stepping down as a forum moderator. Many thanks for your contribution and support, Shane.
