skype lite on HTC Wildfire> Why I have no call function?

I just got the HTC wildfire with Vodaphone NL and I found on this site Skype Lite (downloads/s/410554-m1227-skype_lite)

After installation I'm only able to chat. There is nowhere a calling option.
Does someone knows what to do or is the Wildfire just a mistake to buy?
For me calling with skype together with my girlfriend far away is everything I wish for in a smart phone.

why dont u try nimbuzz? it has VoIP..u can chat thru it and it can send files..and if u have a barcode scanner on ur wildfire u can download it directly from this link
