New member saying hello and have one question

Hi, I'm new to this site. Once I have downloaded a file to my PC, can I open it (it's an ebook) on my PC or do I have to use my phone?

you can use SJboy Emulator. Then you just select your .jar file and open it with SjBoy. But it only emulates jar files.
