It is quite obvious that the Nokia 2630 is not meant for excessive gaming nor taking pictures and making videos.
The 11 MB of internal memory are filled up quickly and the lack of USB connectivity will force You to send/save taken pictures to Your PC via Bluetooth.
The camera does what it claims , it takes pictures in VGA quality only - just about good enough for basic MMS messages.
The Nokia 2630's hardware is quite under-powered , its Nokia OS (S40v5-LE) lags heavily while browsing the phones menu and folders.
If You end up playing some of the very few Java games that are "light" enough to run properly on this phone , You will have to recharge the battery daily - the 700mAh the BL-4B(A) battery is supposed to have doesn't keep what it promises/indicates.
The keypad , just as the D-Pad and its neighboring soft-keys , is made of hard plastic and it forms an almost entirely even surface making it difficult to use.
Only the "5" key has small bulges offering some sort of a "navigational feeling".

Now don't get me wrong , the Nokia 2630 is not all bad - it simply hasn't been made for demanding users.
The speaker is loud and offers a good sound quality , the phones menu can be set to "large" and the phones body delivers a strong and withstand-full felling (although it's a little bit too thin for my taste!).
Even though it is obvious that You will not end up playing mp3 files on the Nokia 2630 , it comes with headphones allowing You to listen to the built-in FM radio.
To conclude , the Nokia 2630 being price tagged with about 30-50 Euro , is a tough small phone generally meant for phone calls and texting.
So if You don't need , nor want , more that that , the Nokia 2630 offers basic features for a low price - still being able to perform limited extras if required.
