    If you get it on start up, I would guess a file (or several files) are missing that Carbide needs to run.

    Yeah that's what I thought as well, but I checked and rechecked everything and it just won't work.

    The only other option is to download carbide ui. software from the official Nokia website! May be it work..

    Tried running as an Administrator? Or in compatability mode?

    Maybe your PC is just screwed.
