Ok heres a tip guys
1st

You have 15,000 and you should be able to build
2 jacuzzi
1 arcade
1 fast food
1 bar
2 mini-golf
1 fitness
upgrade all buildings to 3 stars before the end of 7th day and you should be able to earn 20,000 before 10th day.

2nd

Money is easy this time. In 7 days you should have this buildings in 3 stars(except apartments). build them in this order.
2 ice cream stand
1 apartment
2 souvenir shop
1 apartment

3rd

Now for the last time. Build
1 apartment
1 beach volleyball
1 stage
1 jacuzzi
1 arcade
(in order)and upgrade them to 3 stars as soon as possible(within 7days) and you should be able to win this level.
