why cant i upload??

I am trying to create my own ringtone but when I go to the page to upload the song its all blank?? It shows everything else on this site but not where I can upload to create the ringtone. What could be this prob??

If you receive a blank screen where the ringtone creator should load, you need to install the Flash player plug-in for your browser. You can download it for free from Log in to see links.
