No. FF1 exists in NES, GBA, PS One, PSP (?), iPhone, Virtual Arcade, DS (?).
SNES' FF2 is ACTUALLY FF4. It is only named FF2 in USA because NES' FF2 and FF3 were never released out of Japan.

176x220 works with 128x160 , but there is some graphical problems like not all windows fit right etc. but all in all it workd.
