Yes.India's chandrayan satellite founded ice on the moon.this is one of the greatest discovery regarding moon.
It also discovered huge deposits of Iron under its crust.

I've just done a background search and India has placed itself in the history of space and lunar exploration

It massively worries me tho that the international response to finding ice resources on the moon is 'Let's mine it! Use it for fuel or a space water supply!'
We're already running out of resources on earth leave the moon alone!It's alot smaller than the earth and if we change the mass of it we'll break the earth(with tidal waves etc.)
