no u cant,most of SE phones arent good enough to play gba games you can play only gbc games on your phone

Actually is has nothing to do with the SE not beeing "good enough", but with their respective operating sistems. To run a GBA emulator the phone you're using must be running a Symbian or UIQ3 OS. W350 is a Java enabled one therefore it can't run the emulator.
