problem with deleted file or app

i have k618 se, my problem is dat I hav delete some file but the file still exist in my memory, but its juz an error file.
i was trying to format all my memory ( phone n m2 ) but its not work at all.
pliz I need some help here guyz!!! thx B4!!!

Hey I also have that phone!!!
Did you formated your M2 with the cellphone Or with the PC; coz if it ios the cellphone; try it with your PC, and if you did it with your PC, then you need to return the memory coz, it is creating you damage files!!!!!!!!!

oh... I see now so I must use pc to format, but I hav cable data without disc install.
so can tell me how to find the disc install from web site. are u got address for me.
