family filter confusion

i'm a newb here. i can't seem to find where or how to turn off the family filter. i'm aware to delete the browsers cookies and cache, but i can't seem to even find where to disable the filter. i've looked throughout the profile menu. any help would be appreciated!

look above at ur "account home" button. it should be there
