A normal laptop surely will run them... how much money do you have? maybe you could get both .. a decent laptop thats cheap enough and a PS3.

i would say better graphics (1gb ddr2 or ddr3)
and 5.1 sound and you're good
also, the maker of the laptop is importantnone

You only need a bit better CPU...
But I don't know if you can play newer games on laptop for too long
