verizon wireless LG VX8350 download to pc, but how do i get them as ringtone now?

I have downloaded to pc in mp3, how do i get them to my phone? i have the cable hook to phone. I can get them to V-Cast but how do i get them to my ringtones from Vcast? or how do i get them to a file using usb connection? please help me.

OK I FOUND THE EASY WAY AROUND THIS!!! ON MY OWN!
Download RINGTONE to your PC, an then use YAHOO or some other place an send it to your phone number like if you are verizon "your-phone-INCLUDING AREA CODE @vzwpix.com"
THEN, OPEN TEXT WHEN PHONE GETS TEXT
THEN, OPTIONS (useually top right when in text)
THEN, IN THE DROP, SELECT - SAVE AS RINGTONE
THEN OPEN YOU RINGTONE FOLDER UP AND IT SHOULD BE THERE.

ALL THIS CAN BE DONE BY EMAIL, NO HOOK UP WITH USB!!!
when looking for the folder to attach to email,,, look under your music itunes,windows media player what ever music folder you use as to play music. Then most download ringtones(music,ect) will be in a folder marked "UNKNOWN ALBUM" , then click the file and it will attach to the email, then send to phone!!! easy as 1,2,3...
