Need help with WAP

and when i follow the instructions it says to do i get all the way to the download part and hit download and it looks like it does something but after that it does nothing and i don't get the file. my cellphone is a motorola v710 from verizon. can someone plz help me?

Unfortunately, you cannot download via WAP with a Verizon phone. This is the reason we are testing the MMS sending function. FYI, I've just sent through a test ringtone to your MMS address (I've PM'ed you more info).

In the meantime, you should be able to download our content to your computer and use your favourite e-mail client to send yourself ringtones (as an attachment) to your vzwpix.com address.
