    Exclamation help with uploading...

    i cant upload any game...it says "error upload failed.preview 1 could not be recognised or have wrong extension"(i have change 3 pictures)plz help

    Are you having the problem uploading both the game and preview?

    Our system wasn't processing gif and png previews correctly, so we have had to limit the preview format to jpeg (.jpg) only. This will be rectified in the coming week.
