cant create ringtones

I've been tryng to create ringtones, it downloads and process the file, but when i click on create to get the code it stay stuck at the loading screen, its been doing that for a couple months.

Make sure you remove any special characters from the file name, such as apostrophes (') etc. There is currently an issue which prevents files containing certain characters to freeze at 100%.
