How can I apply Windows Start Menu in K770i?

now, I've already added the lighteffects, and I've removed them as well (consumed a lot of battery,) but what I need to know is that how can I apply that start menu that's shown in the end of the video??? I asked the guy who uploaded this video, but he says that he doesn't own this phone any more, and told me to google for it.

I did a search on google, but I really can't figure out anything. Can someone help me out???

and one more thing, can I change the Music Player Skin of this phone?
