Default can you download without WAP?

My phone has text messaging, but the WAP has been disconnected. Is there any way that I can get the ringtone onto my phone via text message?
    Please help!

We don't currently offer the MMS capability, although we are testing the function here

You could try downloading the ringtones to your PC using the 'Download to PC' option and then send to your phone via USB cable (Using BitPim) or Bluetooth.

I have at&t but I do not have WAP on my phone, because it is disabled. When I try to connect it to the computer, the computer recognizes it but the program BitPim does not, so is there any other programs that will recognize my phone on them?

The menu 00000 worked for me when I wanted my mp3 player unlocked and working on my LG 8300- For some reason verizon locked it up on that phone, works fine now. Verizon - love or hate them, they have the best coverage in upstate New York.....
