it's a rar file?

it's jar file just transfer from PC to other folder of your phone
select the game in your phone in other folder and install it
then you will choose in which folder will it be application or games and game will then be in that folder

I really dont understand why your phone doesnt play MP4.
I tryed and tested an MP4 movie i did the other day on my old w580i with no problems played perfectly.
Make sure the video isnt to high in size as this would mean its at an high bit rate, there for wont play on your phone.

It plays on absolutely nothing, not in pc in any possible player out there, and no program lets me convert it to something else :s

So it has to be in the file or something, or only playeable on the PDA from which it was recorded.

I have a clip I could send you, so you could see/check for yourself if you want.

Tryed to play it in media player classic says cant render file, so my guess is the file is corrupted mate.
