Disabled something

I am new to this and accidently disabled something and now I cant download anything. I cant even listen to them. I would appreciate any help I can get.
My internet explorer kept shutting down and it said did I want to disable something? and I hit yes.

It's very difficult to assist you without knowing what you disabled. All I can suggest is to go into "internet options" (within the Tools menu) and make sure your security and privacy settings are set to medium. Or you could try resetting all changed settings by going to the advanced tab of internet options.

I figured it out. I am having problems with my adobe flash player. I got it working again. we'll see what happens.
