? is the nokia s60v3 version cut off? how come I didn't see some of those scenes when I already completed the game?

Which version did you take? The s60v3 version is the full version. I beat the game but I still don't knkow how to get the black suit spiderman like in the screenshot.

i think the black suit is only available in the HD version of the game (for symbian phones)

The black suit is available in both the java version and HD version, if ou check the option menu there's and option to change into the black suit. I don't know how to unlock it though.

btw, when does that scene with spider-man fighting the green goblin with mary jane at his side happen (screenshots)?

Dunno, I tried all versions and the HD version but there's not scene like that. Maybe that was taken by gameloft from the beta.
