can't download wallpapers why?

Hello, I'm a new user to this site I've just registered an account with this site and I can't seem to download any free wallpapers. I live in Canada and my provider is Solomobile and my phone is an LG Rumour I get an error when i try to download it via wap as well is there anyone who can help me with this or know the reason why it keeps doing this to me!
