After I did this my phone always goes blank when I on.

Copy all the icons from the folder to tpa/system/icons with A2 Uploader (right-click to create that folder)

Read this thread if you don't know how to use A2 Uploader .

JDFlasher works fine for my K770i, you might not have installed the USB Flash Driver. Here it is:

wow, this sidebar is the one that i really want to have in my k800 phone. very simple yet elegant. too bad my phone does not support swf files. hope that some pips who knows how to create elves will make an elf thats exactly the same as this sidebar in the near future.

reflash or put the original layout back on.

i dont see why layout should mess up a phone though...

i also messed up my phone, can't even connect it to PC now, I don't know what I'm gonna do
You better update its software by going on Log in to see links at Support section

Only the second sidebar will work, the 1st one is using a layout that is not for any Sony Ericsson but for w910i.
