Could you extend the max. avatar size to 100 kb ? It's hard to compress a good .gif to 25 kb.

That was suggested before.. But it does pose a lot of problems. Firstly, it would need to be moderated. ALL THE TIME. Secondly it would allow loads of spam and junk to be put in there, by members that normally wouldnt post anything at all....
