I think it would just cause unnecessary trouble to implement this.
Its good enough the way it is..
If people were to be allowed to move where things are..
Then maybe the profiles would look messy?

This is a good idea, and maybe other sub categories like 240x320 etc

Could also do that for the videos, have a section request videos sub category, so all requests go in there and it dont look a mess like it does now.
