Upgrade to a better browser and the Pop-ups will get blocked automatically.

For the admins, can the limit for swf filesize be increased to 1 mb or 2 mb since its 500 kb i have to add the files to an archive and then put it up.

I know I've mentioned this before,but how about counting the posts in social groups to total post count?(I don't spend much time in lounge to just chat anymore because it's been taken over by word games)
