How about a list of all admin/moderators so they are easily contactable by members? (maybe have a special admin/mod inbox so their profiles/pm box don't get filled with requests and questions)

I've seen the contact us link which contacts admin and outside of forum (in main website screen) there is a different contact link (with options for subject etc.)
I was thinking a list of admin and mods with their roles clearly marked so any infringements in forum could easily be pointed out to a forum mod or in the gallery to a gallery mod or even an issue with an individual mod could be explained to admin.
