lots of Sony Ericsson can record videos with camera in .mp4 format
and .3gp format is adjusted .mp4 format for mobiles

Not all mobiles play mp4.
My w595 records in mp4 i know also came preloaded with couple mp4 vids
Ive messed with loads of converters why is it i never see an mp4 (mobile format) its ipod iphone psp.
But ill test it soon see if they work on my w595 and how much mem they take compared to 3gp but if you ask me its all in the settings framerate etc

buy a mobile magazine that comes with CD
they usually have those converters
also i download youtube videos straight at .mp4 format so if you want really high quality 1min of video will be 1MB in size
and 1.5 MB in size for 1min of video with sound encoding in .aac or .mp3

most of that is spyware crap and kingdia ripper is not good tryed it before.
i see mp4 just never for a mobile in a decent converter.
Anyway found one now. ill do some testing
