I think it's more his own ego that's the problem more than Hamiltons.
There are a few very good drivers stuck in bad teams & it was his own decision anyway... so no sympathy from my side.

I don't. I read a lot of forums and there are a couple of interesting "rumors" about the cars, the team decisions etc.
