music converter

Does somebody know a good music converter?
I recorded some music with my in phone recorder and and the file is .amr,
and i want to convert it to an .mp3 format and so that i can change the sound quality to be high and not to be as bad as the recorded music was.
If somebody can help.

hi broter first before recording u must go to recorder setting there is option format there are 2 options 1, amr and 2 wav u select wav format it good and its bit rate also high and clear and use any sound converter to make mp3 its quality is high not bad like amr

i had once one which was trial but had bug which was very useful,it allowed you to use program even after trial expires if you use max.5 at a time conversions
but don't worry there are some programs like that that are free
